These Terms of Service govern your use of Grannybot, the AI companion device, mobile application, and related services operated by Parvin Health LLC. By creating an account, activating a Grannybot device, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. SMS / Voice Program
This section describes the SMS program associated with Grannybot and is provided to satisfy carrier compliance requirements (including Twilio A2P registration for toll-free and 10DLC messaging).
Grannybot sends SMS only for one-time identity/account activation codes. The only messages sent are one-time codes that verify a user's identity when they activate their account or add a family member to the mobile app that manages their Grannybot device. Grannybot does not send marketing, promotional, or recurring SMS messages.
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only at account-activation events (account creation or adding a family member to the app) — they are not recurring.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from Grannybot.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Grannybot only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. You may not:
- Use the device or app to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- Attempt to access the service by means other than the interface we provide.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the service to send unauthorized SMS or automated communications.
- Provide phone numbers you do not control when activating accounts or adding family members.
4. Account & Service Availability
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Grannybot is provided as a best-effort service and is not an emergency-response or life-safety system. Service availability, response times, and feature sets may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grannybot and Parvin Health LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of device, or harm to personal relationships, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Grannybot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
